Rotunda Software is seeking a service-oriented individual to join their team as a Client Service Specialist. The role involves customizing software for churches and nonprofits, providing technical and customer service support, and building long-term relationships with clients. This is a fully remote position open to candidates living in the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Customizing the software setup to meet clients' needs
• Providing technical and customer service support via phone, email, and Zendesk
• Building long-term relationships with churches and nonprofits
• Fortifying relationships with existing clients, offering guidance and support
• Utilizing Zendesk to track all work and communication
• Beta testing new features and product releases
• Contributing throughout the company, with a focus on front-line support
