Requirements

  • Prior experience in AU Accounting Firms
  • At least 4 years relevant experience
  • Must have client facing experience
  • Prior experience in setting up companies' trust, ASIC
  • XERO (green and blue)

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new clients in the accounting and bookkeeping teams
  • Collating and entering information received from clients and the sales team into our systems
  • Communicating with clients, the sales team and the accounting/bookkeeping teams in relation to the onboarding process
  • Regular reporting to the Practice Manager on the status of client onboarding
  • Assisting with setup and maintenance of companies and trusts
  • Attending to client offboarding
  • Working with the Xero suite, Karbon, Content Snare. Microsoft 365 and other software as directed
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times to the best of your ability
  • Ensure our client database is updated to the best of your knowledge
  • Ensure all correspondence, internally and externally, is professional and in a way that best represents the organization
  • Use of professional judgement to seek assistance from team members where necessary
  • Learning about company's other businesses and identifying referral opportunities for those businesses in your client dealings
  • Contribution to the company's best practice
  • Collaboration with the greater LINK team as required
  • Assisting the Practice Manager as required
  • Phone answering
  • Scheduling of internal and external meetings
