Responsibilities
- Conduct insurance verifications to ensure timely processing
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, including scheduling appointments
- Obtain necessary authorizations for services
- Provide live client greetings using our kiosk platform
- Prepare and maintain reports related to daily activities and client interactions
- Obtaining insurance authorizations
- Verify recipient eligibility
