Summary

Join Experian as a Client Specialist and support Account Executives in building business relationships and increasing revenue. This sales role focuses on revenue growth, creativity, and quality outcomes. You will develop knowledge of client environments to identify opportunities for Experian products and services, coordinate client communication for product changes, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include providing product training, communicating client needs, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with various teams, and leading client discussions to ensure requirements are met. The role reports to the Senior Director, Credit Unions and is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years sales or account management experience
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace
  • Comfortable operating within a teamed selling approach
  • Willingness to volunteer for activities as member of a teamed account selling approach
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of client environment and processes to identify existing and potential applications and opportunities for Experian products and services
  • Coordinate communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership vetting, and legislative requirements
  • Identify product,-cross sell and up-sell opportunities and take the lead or work with the Account Executive
  • Research and identify sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production center/ teams or specific accounts across all solution suites. Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings
  • Provide product training to users to ensure client utilization of Experian services
  • Communicate client account maintenance needs and requests to team members
  • Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationship
  • Collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities
  • Lead client discussions with our teams (Program Manager, Technical Account Manager, Delivery, and Product Management) to ensure that we are meeting client requirements
