Summary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in client support, customer success, or account management roles
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical information
  • Ability to use data and analytics to find implications
  • Understanding of or interest in marketing, email marketing and e-commerce
  • Attention to details
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with B2B clients to resolve their issues and answer queries about the Email marketing platform
  • Analyse Email marketing and sales data
  • Consult clients on email marketing best practices and strategy
  • Identify technical issues and properly report them to the responsible teams
  • Support daily email marketing tasks, as well as business expansion or marketing projects
  • Contribute to unit tasks related to educational and industry development goals
