  • Have very good German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level) language skills in both written and spoken forms

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries about the app or account service via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries independently and find solutions to their satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments or escalate inquiries to 2nd-Level Support when necessary
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively support the continuous improvement of our service
  • Enjoy learning about new topics and further educating oneself on our products
