This role requires previous experience in procurement, sales, or client success, particularly in a fast-paced technology company, and a bachelor's degree is recommended. Requirements
- Previous experience in Procurement, Sales or Client Success, particularly at a fast paced technology company
- Bachelor’s degree recommended
- Experience nurturing a portfolio of clients
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the challenges that come with a rapid growth company
- Strong ability to influence & coordinate cross-functional areas, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, organized, agile and independent profile, who knows how to deal with pressure and changes constants (resilient)
Responsibilities
- Cultivating Longevity: Expertly manage and renew client contracts, identifying key upsell opportunities to deepen their relationship with Wellhub
- Strategic Growth Partner: Dive into client data – financial performance, engagement metrics, and more – to develop tailored strategies that maximize their return on investment with Wellhub
- Troubleshooter: Skillfully mediate any challenges or concerns, proposing creative and effective solutions that delight our clients and align with their wellbeing goals
- Unlocking Potential: Proactively identify and seize new opportunities to expand our service offerings within existing client accounts
- Insights Generator: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions about their wellness programs
- Engagement Driver: Design and implement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen their long-term commitment to Wellhub
- Relationship Manager: Secure the continuation of valuable client relationships while ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable growth
- Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements that enhance our service delivery and consistently exceed client expectations in their wellness journey
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using Salesforce, Google Sheets and Tableau is a plus

- In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the Hourly base salary range for this role is $31.26 - $42.00 . The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program
