Summary
Join Mintel as a Client Success Executive and provide reactive support to our global client base. You will field data analysis requests, assist with administrative tasks, and collaborate with the Commercial team. This role requires strong data analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will work with various SaaS platforms and create client newsletters. The position offers flexible working hours and a blended office/home approach. Requirements
- Have a strong academic or professional background in analyzing data, insights, and market research
- Be familiar with pivot tables, v-lookups, and other formulas, in addition to sorting and manipulating data
- Have experience working with SaaS platforms such as Mixpanel and Salesforce
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Have extremely polished verbal and written communication skills
- Take initiative to solve problems and uncover opportunities
- Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and with different deadlines, which includes producing and delivering reports
- Be passionate about client service
- Be naturally curious
- Be fluent in English, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Respond to Ad-Hoc Client Requests: Provide timely and thorough responses to ad-hoc client questions and research requests using the appropriate Mintel data and insights
- Create Recurring Client Newsletters: Create email newsletters for clients on a recurring basis, using Mintel’s platforms to highlight new data and insights related to the client’s industry
- Collaborate: Work closely with Client Success Managers on client engagement and providing support as needed with data analysis and reporting on client usage
- Provide Client Support: Work alongside other members of the Client Support team to provide support on a range of issues from subscription access problems through to customer requests for market research support
- Represent Mintel: Operate as a competent and knowledgeable expert in Mintel's methodologies and processes across a broad range of verticals; providing timely and thorough responses to ad-hoc client questions
