Summary

Join General Assembly as a Client Success Manager and support the delivery of our largest client programs, contributing to $8-10 million in annual client revenue. You will manage top-tier client relationships, execute engagement strategies for training programs, and collect program delivery costs. This role involves creating client-facing reports, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring high standards in client management. You will also evaluate data to improve online course usage and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and experience with project management. The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 and may involve significant travel.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage top tier, Fortune 100 client relationships, and account expansion strategies, supporting Senior Client Success team as well as clients directly
  • Execute on engagement and delivery strategies for online and in-person training and assessment programs
  • Collect and document direct costs for program delivery
  • Own client-facing and internal summaries of client meetings, including key decisions and action items
  • Track and maintain day-to-day program success, as measured by learning and sentiment metrics
  • Coordinate with consumer-specific delivery teams on GA campuses, to collaborate on program delivery for corporate audiences
  • Build and present client-facing delivery reports, including qualitative and quantitative data on student learning, sentiment, and engagement
  • Take charge of upholding high standards in client management and student success methodologies. Ensure all internal stakeholders meet their KPIs for the projects you manage
  • Evaluate data to drive product insights and continually improve metrics around online course usage and satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, customer service, client management, or similar role working with internal or external stakeholders
  • 2+ years using Excel and Google Suite
  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional project or environment
  • Experience using Jira or in project management
  • Experience coordinating training programs

Benefits

  • The anticipated compensation range for this role in the US market is $75,000 and $90,000. Compensation will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
  • Unless otherwise noted, remote positions can be performed from the following approved General Assembly operating countries. United States of America (states of operation may vary), Canada (provinces of operation may vary), United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore
