Summary
Join Zipdev as a Client Success Manager (CSM) to cultivate and expand key client relationships. You will be responsible for client retention, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing the lifetime value of your accounts. As a trusted partner, you will conduct regular business reviews, understand client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong communication and strategic thinking skills, along with experience in client success or account management within a B2B environment. The position offers a remote work arrangement with various benefits, including paid time off, parental leave, and several reimbursements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Client Success or Account Management role with direct ownership of revenue targets (NRR, upsell quotas)
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2) is required
- A consultative and strategic mindset; you can understand a client's business problems and position effective solutions
- Polished and articulate communication skills, with experience leading strategic conversations with senior-level clients
- Ability to use data to build a business case and present performance metrics in client reviews
- Capable of building rapport and relationships with clients in a remote environment
- A track record of working effectively with internal teams to deliver a great client experience
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention and growth
- Proactively identify and execute on expansion opportunities
- Serve as a strategic partner to your clients, conducting regular business reviews (QBRs), providing value and uncovering future needs
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, from hiring managers to executives
- Collaborate with internal Recruiting and Talent Success teams to ensure a high-quality delivery experience
- Manage all commercial conversations, including contract renewals and negotiations for new services
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, requests, and concerns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B service, agency, or staffing company is strongly preferred
