Client Success Manager

Summary

Join Spectrum Billing Solutions, a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company, as our new Client Success Manager. This remote or hybrid position is perfect for a self-motivated individual passionate about client success. You will foster strong client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, collaborate with the internal RCM team, and identify opportunities for improvement. The role also involves new client implementations, participation in presentations and strategic planning, and attendance at company meetings. Requirements

• 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work
• Demonstrated skills in delivering results

Responsibilities

• Foster and develop strong client relationships
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications
• Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows
• Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members
• Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in presentations to prospective clients
• Manage new client implementations
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings
• Participate in marketing and business development strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare and RCM experience preferred
