Client Success Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Client Success Manager and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual, fully remote environment. Build strong relationships with approximately 300 photographers, managing their portfolios and serving as their client advocate. Maintain consistent communication, gather feedback, and conduct regular check-ins. This role requires excellent English skills (C1 level), 1+ years of experience as a Success Manager, CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), and a photography background. A personal laptop with sufficient specifications and a stable internet connection are also required. Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Mandatory 1+ year experience as a Success Manager
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM system
• Background in photography-related areas
• Enthusiastic and confident communicator, especially over the phone
• Comfortable speaking with photographers and building rapport quickly
• Able to make 15+ calls per day smoothly and consistently
• Mature and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Build strong and productive relationships with photographers
• Manage the portfolio of around 300 photographers
• Serve as the voice of the client for the photographers
• Maintain regular proactive communication with the photographers, mainly via calls
• Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly touch base depending on photographers' value
• Establish a trustworthy relationship and a strong sense of community with photographers
• Establish communication routines: gathering feedback on service and tools, updates on assignments
