Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a related role
- Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex client issues
- Excellent presentation skills β from small to large audiences
- Strong communication skills β written and verbal β with understanding of situational best practices
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Ability to lead, manage and influence both internal team and client relationships to achieve successful outcomes

Responsibilities
- Serve as account owner and provide mature, thoughtful and reasonable leadership to both the client and internal stakeholders to ensure the on-going success of your book of business
- Develop strong client relationships and serve in the role of trusted advisor to our clients
- Identify and mitigate churn risk across client portfolio to ensure company gross retention rates are achieved
- Maintain monthly recurring revenue for our clients by employing proven strategies which drive product adoption and expansion
- Be responsible for the profitability and financial stability of a client portfolio, managing the margin of each account in alignment or improvement upon margin of the original SOW
- Quarterback internal and external initiatives through cross-functional partnerships with strategic teams which directly impacts overall client success and drives client growth
- Ensure client reference-ability and overall satisfaction level is met or exceeded
- Contribute to the team culture of growth and innovation

- Experience in SEO and Agency, Digital Marketing
