Requirements

  • Possess 3-5 years of professional account management experience, including handling multiple clients and marketing agency exposure
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in search marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, social media, or content marketing
  • Possess advanced knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads and Analytics
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer results and performance management
  • Possess exceptional skills in project management and managing competing priorities
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse clients
  • Possess self-regulation and time management skills to balance various project timelines
  • Have the capacity to follow established processes while also thinking critically and creatively to achieve client objectives
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Have the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and embrace new experiences in the dynamic digital marketing space

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client campaigns/projects, from ideation to execution, driving results and return on investment
  • Serve as a digital marketing consultant, understanding client needs, and creating effective, ongoing digital and inbound strategies
  • Stay updated on inbound marketing trends and provide appropriate recommendations to team members and clients
  • Manage and evaluate client campaigns continuously, making data-driven adjustments for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with clients to brainstorm and conceptualize sales, marketing, and retention strategies and programs
  • Conduct client meetings to review performance, discuss plans, make recommendations, and coordinate with our internal team
  • Work closely with our digital marketing specialists to ensure the alignment of marketing solutions with client objectives
  • Oversee the work completed by other digital marketing team members and content writers
  • Monitor and manage monthly budgets for clients' campaigns
  • Review and discuss client reports with the team, presenting results and recommendations to clients monthly
  • Contribute to internal business initiatives and projects, such as process optimization and new strategy testing
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and other activities, fostering a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

Have HubSpot certification and familiarity with technology
