Join Brightside as a Client Service Associate in a temporary and fully remote position to support the financial health of working families.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service or resource research experience
  • You’re a multitasker - you love to research, document, chat all at once
  • Research - you love to research and come up with solutions to problems
  • Great reaction time - The ability to think on your feet and problem solve in crisis/emergency situations
  • Resilience - Being told ‘no’ doesn’t stop you from searching / learning / digging
  • Great communication - you’ll be interacting with our leaders, teams and clients

Responsibilities

  • Process new applications for a medical subsidy program for our customers
  • Reviewing applications and making sure they are in good standing prior to submitting to the Quality Control (QC) team for approval
  • Research and investigate solutions for specific situations
  • Support logistics - we help remove roadblocks for our clients
  • Communicate and document what you find that could help others by creating a resource pool for individual and group needs
  • Build relationships over the phone by listening
  • Networking! You will build relationships with networking group to that will be resources for our clients
  • You will search for non traditional solutions that will support our clients
