Summary

Join Experian as a Client Support Specialist and act as a liaison between clients, sales, and internal teams. You will be the subject matter expert for BIS products and services, supporting pre-sales, renewals, implementation, account management, billing, and internal coordination. Responsibilities include overseeing BIQ products, API integrations, and managing client relationships. You will also handle billing requests, resolve technical issues, and identify new product needs. This remote position reports to the Senior Manager of Sales and requires sales support, customer service, and outreach experience. A high school diploma and advanced English skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities, renewals, upsell opportunities, territory planning, and client proposals
  • Oversee BIQ products, API integrations, BIS platforms, credentialing, data contributions, and subcode maintenance
  • Monitor contract usage trends, administer client surveys, conduct outreach for Experian communications, and support account executives
  • Handle billing requests, credit/debit adjustments, invoice inquiries, and custom Vol/Rev requests
  • Manage documentation, collaborate across departments, ensure successful project completion, and resolve client technical needs
  • Identify new product needs, coordinate demonstrations, and support implementation as outlined in agreements
