Clinical Operations Associate

Summary

Join Resilience Lab as a Clinical Operations Associate to drive the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for clinicians, manage third-party referral platforms, and conduct ongoing analysis to maximize their effectiveness. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care by streamlining operations and enhancing platform performance.

Requirements

• Expert in Google Calendar
• Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Documents/Sheets/Slides, etc.)
• Proven track record of effective communication with various populations/stakeholders
• Proven experience successfully leading therapists or other specialized professionals in private or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless clinician onboarding
• Manage third-party platforms with precision
• Provide guidance on clinician requests
• Clearly communicate pre-onboarding and onboarding expectations to new clinicians
• Coordinate pre-onboarding logistics, including scheduling photoshoots and video sessions
• Oversee the onboarding process, including completion of state supervision forms
• Ensure clinicians are featured on the website
• Provide training on calendar systems
• Manage the setup of referral platform profiles for new clinicians
• Facilitate updates and improvements for existing clinicians
• Maintain and organize Monday.com boards to efficiently track the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conduct monthly data analysis of referral platforms
• Manage the clinical inbox, triaging questions and concerns to the appropriate departments for swift resolution
• Collaborate across departments to streamline and optimize the client intake process from referral platforms
