Join TimelyCare as a Clinical Outcomes Intern for a 2-3 month summer 2025 internship (15-35 hours/week, $25/hour). Coordinate and program manage a continuing education program, assisting the Director of Clinical Research and Training. Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, identify training topics, and schedule trainings. Create success metrics for clinical training and care delivery. Assist with data analysis and research writing. Receive weekly 1:1 mentoring focused on task assignment and personal development using the Lattice platform for feedback and goal setting. Requirements
- Be advanced in their clinical training
- Have a master's-level clinical degree
- Have expertise in evidence-based psychotherapy
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and program manage an existing APA and ASWB-sponsored continuing education program
- Assist the Director of Clinical Research and Training with conducting a needs assessment of training needs, analyzing that data, and identifying high-yield topics, and scheduling related trainings
- Help the Director create relevant success metrics for clinical training initiatives and care delivery
- Assist with data analysis and writing for research projects (e.g., white papers, papers) associated with clinical care outcomes
- Conduct literature reviews
- Perform data analyses
- Develop clinical content
- Collect qualitative data
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with program evaluation
- Have specific experience with providing therapy within pediatric and adolescent populations, and the related evidence-based practices
- Have skills in data analysis and academic writing
