Clinical Product Advisor

Summary

Join RVO Health as a motivated and dynamic individual with clinical experience to support the build of consumer-facing clinical products. You will leverage your clinical knowledge to help product teams develop effective user solutions. This role offers a chance to contribute to a fast-growing healthcare company. You will serve as the interface between RVO Health’s Medical Affairs team and product teams, providing expert clinical guidance. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to define and refine products, ensure clinical validity, and address client inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses clinical credentials and significant clinical experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a direct patient care role
• Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics concepts and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working within consumer-facing digital health, health-tech and/or B2B digital health organizations with familiarity of healthcare data analytics platforms or tools
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and requirements
• Experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Serve as the interface between RVO Health’s Medical Affairs team and the product teams of the specific business verticals and reports to the Chief Medical Officer
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to product managers within the various RVO Health business verticals
• Collaborate with product teams to define and refine the suite of RVO Health products that are part of the various platforms
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical support processes and resources
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure clinical validity and accuracy for AI-enabled, user-facing, content and recommendations
• Serve as the primary liaison for clinical inquiries from client clinical leadership, providing timely and accurate responses
• Collaborate with external subject matter experts and internal product and data teams to ensure clinical validity of product features and enhancements
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare delivery and data analytics, and share insights with internal teams
• Assist in the development of educational materials and resources to support client training and ongoing utilization of the platform

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with clinical credentials (PA, NP) and/or doctoral degree as either a Physician (MD or DO) or a Pharmacist (PharmD) preferred

Benefits

• Starting Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
