Summary

Join Lyra Health's Clinical Research team as a part-time intern and contribute to high-quality research and clinical product development. You will work alongside clinical researchers, psychologists, and data scientists on programs impacting tens of thousands of clients. Responsibilities include analyzing data, conducting literature reviews, and summarizing research findings. Strong writing skills and experience in a clinical research environment are required. The internship offers mentorship and career development opportunities. The position is fully remote or hybrid, with an hourly rate of $22.00, and may include additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and discretionary bonuses.

Requirements

  • Strong writing abilities, with ability to communicate science in lay language
  • Experience in a clinical research environment
  • Comfort with technology, and willingness to learn new tech tools
  • Ability to adapt to constant change, feedback, and improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion to approach collaborations with open mind, in a non-judgmental and flexible way
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, willing to communicate transparently with others and listen for their input and perspective
  • Detailed oriented, organized
  • A passion for mental health, interested in learning more about the intersection of clinical research and implementation into clinical products

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with members of the Clinical Product & Research team to support ongoing research and clinical content development
  • Analyze and summarize data collected from a variety of sources
  • Conduct literature reviews on clinical conditions and patient-reported outcome measures
  • Generate written summaries of research and clinical information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
  • Can work at least 50% of hours on PST standard working hours
  • Previous involvement working with individuals with mental health concerns, including in clinical practice, community engagement, or volunteer work
