Clinical Quality Intern

Summary

Join Aledade's Summer Internship program as a college or graduate student and contribute to various departments. While having a primary role, you'll work on cross-team projects guided by senior leaders. The internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare operations. The program runs from June 2nd, 2025, to August 11th, 2025 (10 weeks). You'll create educational content, provide training, and contribute to quality improvement projects. Aledade is a public benefit corporation committed to improving primary care.

Requirements

• Currently a nursing student or pre-health professional track
• Confidence with presentations and public speaking; 1:1's, small groups, and large groups
• Experience using Google Suite, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and other Google products

Responsibilities

• Create educational content in collaboration with the Quality team
• Provide education to internal teams, practice staff, and/or patients
• Contribute to pilots and quality improvement projects to improve hypertension control and present outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to establish quick rapport with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Experience providing education or creating educational content
• Passionate about healthcare and interested in making a positive impact in the field
• A self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership of projects
• A collaborative team player
• Detail oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards
