Requirements
- MA/MS in social work or psychology or PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology
- 5+ years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in EAP, Academic Medical Center, VA, or other large scale behavioral health care delivery settings
- Highly skilled in providing consultation and training to clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Deep knowledge of evidence-based therapies
- Grounded in cultural humility with a deep commitment to culturally responsive care and DEIB
- Strong experience with program development and management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to independently manage responsibilities across multiple teams and areas of focus
- Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment
- Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, review and clinical quality oversight to support recruitment and onboarding of Lyra providers
- Facilitate trainings and group consultation with clinical recruiters
- Manage administrative requests from providers as it relates to impacts on clinical quality and growth
- Support in the design, development, and implementation of content, training, and programmatic processes to facilitate program growth and access to care
- Provide support and cross-coverage to other Clinical Quality Team members as needed
- Drive clinical quality projects and initiatives that support overall clinical quality goals
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Background in research and/or clinical science settings is a plus
