Summary

The Clinical Recruiter will partner with the Innovatel team to recruit behavioral health clinicians for clinic partners across the country. Responsibilities include meeting recruitment goals, building relationships with candidates, scheduling interviews, and sourcing talent through various channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in the behavioral health space - must have experience hiring LCSWs, PMHNPs and Psychiatrists
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interviewing clinicians on screen
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Gem and G-Suite/Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed all behavioral health clinician recruitment goals for our Innovatel entity by hiring Psychiatrists, PMHNPs and LCSWs for our clinic partners across the country
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with behavioral health clinicians over time; guide candidates towards both current and future opportunities within our organization
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with Psychiatrists, PMHNPs and LCSWs with both our internal team and external clinic partners
  • Meet weekly with our Clinical Liaison and Sales teams to understand current clinic pipeline and problem solve on best-fit opportunities given our current candidate pipeline and open clinic opportunities across the nation
  • Strategize on clinical licensure and cross-licensing opportunities for both active and passive candidates; partner with Licensing & Credentialing team to enable cross-licensure of qualified clinicians matched with clinic opportunities
  • Recommend and develop creative recruiting campaigns; surface sourcing ideas and recommend budgets in partnership with the entire clinical recruitment team
  • Execute on a targeted sourcing plan and provide regular reporting on behavioral health clinician pipeline
  • Schedule and track clinical interviews with leadership
  • Convey candidate profile and status in hiring stage to colleagues using database reports and follow up with each lead
  • Proactively identify, network and contact active and passive behavioral health clinical talent through the following avenues: Internet searches, job boards, social media, Physician, nursing and LCSW job boards, Email blasts, cold calling and various ad campaigns, Psychiatric residency and training programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across the company
  • Experience with Gem or other sourcing tools
