Summary

The job description is for a Technical Recruiter to join Risk Labs, a team building and growing the UMA and Across protocol ecosystems. The role involves end-to-end recruitment process, culture championing, outbound sourcing, system ownership, talent management, and creating roadmaps. Requirements include 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in crypto/web3, versatility, passion for the industry, emphasis on team culture, quality, and integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with ATS software (Lever), and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in crypto/web3
  • Versatility: you’re able to recruit across multiple domains and skill sets, with a strong track record of successfully filling diverse roles
  • Your passion and deep understanding of the crypto industry makes it easy to stay up-to-date with industry trends and improve our recruitment strategy faster than others in this space!
  • A willingness to go above and beyond in sourcing and engaging top talent, and doing what it takes to maintain our current talent (support with people ops & employee engagement.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proficiency with ATS software (we use Lever)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding candidates
  • Ensure that every candidate experience reflects our commitment to culture, quality, and integrity
  • Take initiative to find creative solutions for attracting top talent, including attending industry events, and leveraging social media
  • Rigorously maintain systems and processes to track inbound and outbound talent, report on core KPIs, and grow a global world class talent pool
  • Use reliable and innovative frameworks to consistently assess and retain talent, train others on the team regularly to do the same, and go above and beyond the role of a recruiter to keep our people happy
  • Embed yourself in different departments to constantly understand their hiring needs, then work with leadership to turn that into a road map that you’ll execute on
