As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will leverage your radiation oncology expertise and customer-facing experience to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales leadership team and distributors, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your responsibilities include documenting interactions, coordinating follow-ups, and effectively communicating the value of Radformation's software. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for introducing innovative technology to the healthcare community.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years clinical Radiation Oncology experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer facing Radiation Oncology industry experience
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule demonstrations of Radformation software products
- Collect key information about the prospectβs install base and needs to nurture sales opportunities
- Document all conversations, appointments, and meetings in Salesforce
- Coordinate post-webinar and trade show follow-ups with distributors to advance opportunities through the sales process
- Leverage clinical experience to communicate with potential customers and distributors via various methods (telephone, email, etc.)
- Build rapport, identify clinical and operational pain points, and act as a trusted advisor by sharing relevant and valuable information with prospects
- Participate in regular meetings with distributors to gather updates for existing opportunities and pursue new additions to the sales pipeline
- Conduct presentations on Radformation software, including slide shows and live demonstrations at events and customer visits
- Appropriately hand off qualified leads to the Sales Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in sales for Radiation Oncology
- Background as a Medical Dosimetrist, Junior Medical Physicist, or Radiation Therapist
- Experience with various TPS and OIS
- Experience with Patient and Machine QA
