Requirements
- PharmD degree required; additional background or certification in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in solution sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets in a B2B sales environment, especially in the medication management or healthcare space
- Strong understanding of health economics, reimbursement models, and the healthcare ecosystem
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively translate complex clinical and economic concepts into compelling sales propositions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- An established private work area that ensures information privacy
- A stable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assist the Arine sales team to develop medication management solutions within assigned markets, targeting risk-bearing providers, pharmacies, payers, and other stakeholders
- Leverage your expertise in pharmacy, healthcare economics, and medication management to position solutions that address client needs, improve patient care, and deliver ROI
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and decision-makers in healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies
- Utilize your understanding of health economics to help clients navigate the economic impact of medication management solutions, demonstrating both clinical and financial benefits
- Act as a subject matter expert on our medication intelligence platform, conducting presentations, demos, and training sessions for prospects and customers. And provide important market feedback to the Arine product team as necessary
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, client operations, and client success, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on trends in healthcare, medication management, and health economics to identify new opportunities and refine the sales approach
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with medication management systems, pharmacy workflows, and clinical decision support tools is a plus
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is: $180,000-195,000/year
