Requirements
- 5+ years of professional lab experience, preferably with expertise in specific skus
- Minimum 2 years experience with CAD/CAM design & 3Shape Design
- Ability to resolve doctor client issues and deliver a great experience through phone, chat, and in-person communication
- Desire to work in ambiguous, high velocity environment
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner
- Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding of restorative dentistry to help Doctors transition to a digital lab
- Serve as a dental expert in your supported product lines and provide support to our Doctors and our CX agents
- Work daily on the front line answering all complex dental and lab questions about product, material, fit, design, shade, etc
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and the lab (i.e. translate doctor feedback to digital designs) for live orders
- Support doctors with Require specific knowledge on all Dandy digital workflows and skus
- Assist in all refabrication processes with the Doctors and collect any and all information needed
- Provide live support to dental practices and agents, aiding them in the use of the intraoral scanner and coaching them on best practice when capturing images alongside assisting with live scan review, aligning bite, margin marking, etc
- Communicate and work closely with the product line support experts and CDTβs on difficult cases and use them as a point of escalation
- Strong communication skills with a deep array and understanding of dental knowledge to go into detail with in depth dental cases of all skus, designs, wax ups, etc
- Implants Team: Have an understanding of implants, scanbodies and their compatibility, surgical reports, and reading and x-ray
- Provide outreach assistance and follow up calls with Doctors to ensure best outcomes
- Work cross functionally with our order operations and lab operations teams to ensure Doctors are getting what they need when they need it
- Implants Experience: Have an understanding of implants, scan bodies and their compatibility, surgical reports, and reading and x-ray
- Through strong dental knowledge, work one on one and build relationships and trust with the Drs
Preferred Qualifications
