Summary
Join Upstream Rehabilitation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical) and bridge top clinical talent with hiring managers. You will source, engage, and nurture candidates through various recruiting strategies, playing a key role in supporting the mission of delivering exceptional care. This remote position reports to the Director of Clinical Recruiting and requires a Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience, 1โ3 years of professional experience (recruiting preferred), and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. You will manage multiple priorities, exceed metrics, and meet deadlines while using Microsoft Office Suite proficiently. The role involves sourcing qualified therapists, building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, attending recruitment events, screening candidates, maintaining records, providing progress updates, and staying current on industry trends. Occasional evening/weekend work and up to 20% domestic travel are required.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience (4 years)
- 1โ3 years of professional experience (recruiting preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exceed metrics and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified therapists using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and community outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote opportunities
- Organize and host in-house recruitment events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and check references
- Maintain accurate job postings and applicant tracking system records
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to leadership
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts
- Support other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, especially in clinical or outpatient physical therapy settings
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and clinical roles
