• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and responsive product support to physicians and healthcare staff
• Facilitate training sessions for new accounts
• Provide daily support during medical procedures
• Learn to effectively collect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ongoing performance analysis
• Attend and actively participate in weekly clinical reviews
• Assist in the planning and execution of mock procedures for training purposes
