Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exposure to medical sales or clinical support through internships or coursework
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire for professional growth
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and responsive product support to physicians and healthcare staff, becoming proficient in addressing inquiries and challenges related to the Galaxy System
- Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Representative to ensure the optimal use and integration of the product within healthcare facilities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration of the Galaxy System
- Participate in training sessions to develop a deep understanding of the features and applications of the Galaxy System
- Shadow experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in training and onboarding procedures
- Provide daily support during medical procedures, addressing any issues, and learning to effectively collect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ongoing performance analysis
- Work closely with the Clinical Sales Representative to facilitate KPI reviews and reporting
- Attend and actively participate in weekly clinical reviews to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to ongoing improvements in product usage and support
- Learn to analyze clinical data and contribute insights to the team
- Assist in the planning and execution of mock procedures to simulate real-world scenarios for training purposes
- Maintain detailed logs of mock procedures, learning to capture feedback and areas for improvement
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities provided by the company to expand knowledge of medical devices, procedures, and sales techniques
- Participate in internal training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
