Requirements

• Must have a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinical research, or patient-facing roles
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and empathy
• Proficiency in data entry and CRM management
• Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical research standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
• Professional demeanor, with a calm and empathetic attitude toward patients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple patient interactions consistently

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial outreach to patients interested in clinical trials
• Administer secondary pre-screener questionnaires
• Guide patients through the onboarding process, explaining study details, requirements, and addressing initial questions
• Send reminders and follow-ups
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding study protocols and next steps
• Ensure patient-related inquiries are handled in a timely manner by collaborating with the clinical team
• Accurately log patient interactions, details, and progress in the CRM
• Maintain confidential records, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with operations, recruitment, and clinical teams to align patient needs with organizational goals and communicate feedback for continuous improvement in patient experience
