Summary
Join Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup, as a Patient Relations Coordinator working remotely from Spain! As the first point of contact for international cancer patients and caregivers, you will provide information, support, and facilitate enrollment in Massive Bio services. You will communicate with patients and caregivers, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, healthcare experience, and fluency in Spanish. You will report to the Contact Center and Data Analytics Manager and contribute to a passionate team dedicated to improving cancer patient access to clinical trials.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service sales, preferably healthcare-based (e.g., home health equipment, individual health insurance plans)โฏto consumers
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the health care system
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to rapidly solve problems while talking with patients and caregivers
- Native level of speaking Spanish and being local in Spain
- Intermediate-level data entry skills
- Intermediate software skills utilizing mobile device applications, e-mail, and Microsoft
Responsibilities
- Receive and make calls from cancer patients and caregivers to provide them with information on Massive Bio services and general oncology matters
- Place call to cancer patients and caregivers to expedite enrollment in Massive Bio services
- Assist in signing up patients to Massive Bio Services and communicate with office staff and case managers the status of each client
- Collect patientsโ feedback from the calls and share Massive Bioโs sales and marketing, product development, and delivery operations teams
- Support case managers to reach out and get updates from patients and caregivers when necessary
- Keeping CRM systems current; following up communication with patients; reporting results to internal leadership and team members
- Support case managers in organizing Meet&Greet meetings when necessary
- Support the Business Development Team to track physician patients directly
- Support the marketing team in doing or controlling translations for local languages
