Join our team as a Contract Campaign Operations Specialist for a duration of 6 months. You will oversee campaign operations, handle different channels, and utilize Clevertap software.

Requirements

• Proficient in utilizing Clevertap software and various channels for campaign execution
• Possess a strong understanding of candidate-side engagement strategies
• Well-versed in utilizing WhatsApp as a communication channel for marketing purposes
• Demonstrates a collaborative and teamwork-oriented approach
• Holds a moderate level of knowledge in content creation and mixpanel analytics
• Utilizes analytical skills to dissect user campaigns, identify actionable insights, and provide recommendations
• Proficient in conducting A/B testing to enhance traffic and funnel performance, resulting in immediate positive impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Responsible for overseeing the campaign operations
• Handling different channels
• Ensures overall tracking of campaigns and daily growth metrics
• Executes, monitors, analyzes, and ensures the successful completion of all campaigns and candidate journeys
