Summary

The job is for a Cloud Infrastructure/Environment Maintainer in Mindcurv's Cloud Platforms Solution Line. The role involves supporting multiple clients, monitoring applications, responding to incidents, managing tickets, system administration tasks, and ensuring procedures are followed. The ideal candidate should have specific technical skills and certifications.

Requirements

• Certified in RHCE
• Good knowledge in Linux Operating systems like RHEL, Centos
• Basic knowledge of computer networks & databases
• Basic understanding of CI/CD systems like Jenkins
• Experience in setting up and maintaining monitoring systems like Nagios, Zabbix, etc
• Hands on experience in monitoring critical business applications
• Basic knowledge of scripting in Bash or Python
• Basic understanding of Incident Management Process

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients by monitoring their applications 24x7x365
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and support on minor changes
• Escalate to the Level 2 and Level 3 engineers
• Review and manage tickets from various projects and also clients/stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Newrelic, Instana
• Basic knowledge of web servers like Apache, Nginx
• Basic knowledge of java application servers like Tomcat, Jboss
• Basic knowledge of virtualization & docker
• Ability to work with version control systems like Git
