Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, EEE, or related field.(2023-2024)
• Experience with basic Linux commands
• Experience with Version Control Tools
• Basic knowledge of general concepts of Huawei Cloud, IBM cloud, Azure or Google cloud
• Basic knowledge of general concepts of DevOps (Test, Deploy, Docker, Kubernates, Build or Yaml scripting) plus
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
• Minimum 3.00 GPA

Responsibilities

• Locate customer problems
• Assist customer to increase product reliability
• Working closely with HQ members and interfaces
• Help reliability team to solve customer’s problems
• Work closely with technical support team for troubleshooting
• Make a close follow-up with engineering team
• Responding to incidents timely
