Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level
• Experience working with SaaS services and cloud providers like AWS or similar
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Experience with Python and Bash for automation and scripting tasks
• 2+ years of experience in technology operations or support or sysadmin roles
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English
• Experience working with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc) or similar (i.e Office Package)
• Comfortable working with open communication tools such as Slack and ClickUp
• Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as required
• Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
• Experience working with vendors or partners
• Familiarity with research and development processes in business

Responsibilities

• Provide relevant information, analysis, and support for decision-making, presentations, and execution of technology initiatives
• Develop and maintain packaged service offerings to support business objectives
• Develop presentations and assets needed for sales enablement and standardized operation processes, both internally developed and in collaboration with external partners
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, technical enforcement, and regular audits to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist technical teams in company certification processes and troubleshooting technical issues
• Provide end-to-end support to cross-departmental initiatives
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance technological solutions and services
• Support research and development initiatives, and develop strategies to optimize the use of technology within the organization
• Ensure the effective integration of new technologies into existing company-wide systems
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of new software and hardware solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
