Requirements

• Experience in hybrid cloud environments, incident management, and effective troubleshooting
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform), and scripting languages (PowerShell)
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Azure Monitor, and Azure Cloud Shell
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive hands-on approach, and fluent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in Azure (compute, storage, networking, security)
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
• Monitor and ensure system performance and uptime
• Support application deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development, project, and security teams
• Implement strategies for backup, disaster recovery, and security
• Maintain documentation of the IT infrastructure
• Ensure efficient operations, compliance with security standards, and optimal system performance
• Provide user support and conduct training as necessary
• Manage updates, patches, and fine-tune performance

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, Kubernetes, databases, monitoring, and networking
