Remote Cloud Ops Engineer

Summary

Join Wrike as a Cloud Ops Engineer and leverage your advanced skills in supporting cloud and data center infrastructure. You will manage Wrike's product infrastructure, implement reliable solutions for 99.9% uptime, and work with GCP, AWS, and other cloud providers. Collaborate with a team of 250+ engineers, participate in incident response, and contribute to infrastructure improvements. This role requires advanced knowledge in areas like data networks, security, and cloud providers, along with experience in Kubernetes and IaC. Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in at least two of the following areas, intermediate knowledge of the rest: Data networks, Security, Databases, Cloud providers, Process automation, Containerised application management
• Advanced experience running Kubernetes platform
• Advanced experience with any Cloud Provider management using IAC (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Advanced Linux administration skills with experience in maintaining highly available infrastructure for web application stack
• Upper Intermediate English skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wrike product infrastructure
• Implement reliable solutions to ensure a product uptime SLA of 99.9%
• Work with GCP, AWS and other cloud providers in the IaC paradigm
• Introduce and support new infrastructure services
• Actively participate in incident response and management, including on-call duties
• Develop and maintain professional connections within and outside of the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SRE vision applied to everything you do with Security in mind
• Advanced experience with any of System Configuration Management tools (Ansible/Puppet/Salt etc.)
• Understanding of information security principles and the ability to apply them to network architecture
• Sufficient scripting skills in Python/Bash or other scripting languages
• Experience with working on enterprise-grade infrastructure and SaaS solutions
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
