Summary
Join Zoi, a company building the digital evolution of enterprise customers, and become part of their expanding European or international teams. Inspire and guide customers on new technologies like cloud computing and DevOps. You will create, plan, and develop architectures for legacy and new solutions, manage a large fleet of cloud systems, and contribute to the global 3rd level support team. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of IT experience. Requirements
- Base your knowledge on your Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems or other related fields (optionally equivalent work experience)
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the IT industry
- Have basic experience in scripting or programming (e.g. Powershell, Python)
- Have experience in virtualized environments (e.g. Vmware or HyperV) or in IaaS (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Be able to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose issues and fix them
- Have a solid understanding of IPs and ports
- Be interested in new cutting-edge technologies like: Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform), Serverless, HashiCorp Vault
- Be able to get involved with customers, maintain an excellent service level and meet your project partners on an eye-to-eye level
- Be interpersonal and fair in a team; work self-organized and structured
- Have English language skills
Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide our customers on "new" technologies such as the cloud, Infrastructure as Code, Git- or DevOps
- Create, plan and develop architectures for legacy and newly developed solutions
- Plan, manage and deploy a large fleet of systems in the cloud
- Be part of the global 3rd level support team and help crack the tough nuts
