Requirements

• 10 years of information technology or information security experience
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, computer science, auditing, or business administration
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience shall include at least 5 years of IT/IS operations/delivery experience demonstrating progression in senior roles, 3 years of which include experience with IT transformational change initiatives
• The ability to utilize risk management principles to evaluate and mitigate potential risks
• Experience leveraging understanding of IT and IS business line objectives/priorities, related IT and IS solutions, and risk considerations to recommend oversight strategies and execute oversight activities
• The ability to participate in or lead reviews or examinations
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Expertise in operational resiliency, hybrid cloud, and migration strategies
• Strong risk assessment skills for emerging cloud technologies
• Cloud certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise cloud transformation programs
• Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework principles to design secure, reliable, and cost-optimized solutions
• Provide thought leadership on operational resiliency and cloud best practices
• Oversee hybrid cloud integrations, data migrations, and SaaS platform adoption
• Evaluate risks and opportunities in adopting new cloud tools, services, and technologies
• Advise on enterprise architecture, including technology, data, security, and integration
