Join Enavate as an Azure Solutions Architect and play a key role in supporting our cloud environment and delivering tailored Azure-based hosting solutions to clients. This remote position in Ukraine requires deep client understanding, robust technical expertise, and collaboration. You will design and implement Azure solutions, lead projects, migrate clients to Azure, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues. The role demands extensive experience with Azure services, Windows Server, networking, and automation. Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent experience
• Possess Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
• Have 7+ years of experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Remote Desktop Services, and Citrix (CVAD + NetScalers)
• Demonstrate proven experience in architecting and implementing Azure-based hosting solutions
• Possess a strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Active Directory
• Have 3+ years of experience with network concepts (L2, L3, application filtering, routing, VIPs, reverse proxy)
• Have 3+ years of experience with scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
• Possess experience in security and compliance within Azure environments
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and technical specifications. Develop customized Azure hosting solutions that align with client goals and adhere to industry best practices
• Define and document the architecture and design of Azure hosting solutions, including infrastructure components, security measures, and scalability considerations
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to project teams. Mentor and train team members on Azure technologies and best practices
• Assess existing on-premises or cloud infrastructures and create migration strategies to transition clients to Azure with minimal disruption to operations
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures within Azure hosting solutions. Stay informed about Azure security features and recommend enhancements to improve security posture
• Continuously monitor and optimize Azure environments for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation and implement DevOps practices
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure hosting environments. Provide expert-level support to resolve critical incidents
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and best practices. Create client-facing documentation and reports
• Collaborate with Microsoft and other technology vendors to remain updated on the latest Azure services and features. Evaluate and recommend third-party tools or solutions as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure Networking (VNET peers, route tables, application gateways, virtual firewalls)
• Experience with Azure CLI and resource deployment automation
• Familiarity with the Microsoft CSP program, Admin Relationships, and Azure Lighthouse management
