Join Valiantys, a global leader in Atlassian ecosystem consulting, as the Head of Cloud Transformation Practice. Guide clients through their cloud transformation journey, focusing on cloud adoption, AI & automation, data & analytics, and enterprise expansion. Manage and develop the practice, driving profitability and client satisfaction. Report to the VP of Solutions Strategy and Commercialization, strategically creating new opportunities and optimizing resources. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring their development and efficient resource allocation. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in cloud transformation with experience in consulting, solution strategy, and Atlassian Cloud or adjacent ecosystems. This role offers hybrid work, with occasional travel required, and is open to candidates near European offices or on the East Coast of North America.

Requirements

  • You are a proven leader in Cloud Transformation, with a track record of driving value across both technical and business teams in consulting, solution strategy within IT or enterprise SaaS
  • You have experience with Atlassian Cloud and/or adjacent cloud ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) and are familiar with Product/Software Development/DevEx, Enterprise Service Management, and Enterprise Strategy & Planning
  • Fluency in the local language is mandatory for candidates based in Europe (e.g., French for Paris, German for Berlin, Dutch for Rotterdam)
  • In addition, candidates must have full English proficiency, as it is the company's main working language
  • This role is open to candidates located near one of our European offices (e.g., Paris, London, Berlin, Rotterdam) or based in North America, preferably on the East Coast
  • Hybrid work is supported, but the ability to travel occasionally for client engagements or internal meetings is required

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Identify key partnerships and anticipate market needs
  • Manage the annual practice budget, optimize profitability, and track KPIs to monitor growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop compelling solutions with clear value proposition and go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with Sales, Solution Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to develop compelling commercial solutions and ensure smooth onboarding of new practice members
  • Lead and mentor a team of practice leads and members, enhance their development and optimize resource allocation
