Join Salsify, a leading commerce infrastructure company, and help grow and innovate their Global Partner Program. Working closely with the Chief Customer Officer, you will expand the partner ecosystem, driving transformational partnerships that fuel growth and maximize customer value. You will lead a team to achieve pipeline and bookings targets, develop strategic account plans, and strengthen partner capabilities. Responsibilities include developing joint marketing campaigns, co-creating solutions with partners, fostering internal collaboration, deepening executive-level relationships, and building efficient operating structures. This role requires proven experience in building and scaling successful partner programs, deep domain expertise in modern commerce technologies, and strong leadership skills. Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling a successful partner program
- Deep domain expertise in modern commerce technologies and fluency in what matters to the C-suite today
- Understanding of the differentiated value drivers partners bring to a leading SaaS ecosystem
- A track record of building high-impact partnerships with software, cloud, SI, and consulting firms
- A collaborative, connector-style leadership approach with the ability to influence, align interests, and bring people on the journey
- Experience leading distributed teams and driving multi-million-dollar partner-influenced ARR from early-stage relationships
- A values-driven mindset aligned
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Expand and scale Salsify’s Global Partner Program to accelerate growth and value for customers
- Lead a team to drive engagement and pipeline generation across global customer accounts
- Own the team’s execution and achievement of partner-influenced pipeline and bookings targets
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans with Salsify’s Sales organization, outlining the activities and priorities that will drive outsized growth
- Strengthen partner capabilities by enabling sales, operational, and technical readiness within the ecosystem to drive demand and ensure customer success
- Develop and deliver joint marketing campaigns and field programs in collaboration with partners and Salsify's GTM teams
- Co-create industry and functional solutions with partners based on their core strengths, and translate those into actionable sales plays and joint motions
- Foster strong internal collaboration by building trusted relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Professional Services, and R&D
- Deepen executive-level relationships with key partners and enable connection points across the Salsify leadership team
- Drive execution of cross-functional strategies to scale partnerships with a focus on sourced revenue and measurable impact
- Build efficient operating structures and processes to support a large, globally distributed partner ecosystem
- Represent Salsify externally at key industry events, embodying and advancing our core values in every interaction
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with key technology and global systems integrator partners—including Salesforce, Shopify, Adobe, Deloitte, Accenture, VML, and Slalom
