Summary

Join us at Patrianna, a leading social gaming company, as we seek a seasoned CMS Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our Content Management System (CMS). As the CMS Product Manager, you will play a vital role in defining and executing the vision and strategy for our CMS, ensuring it effectively supports the creation, management, and deployment of engaging gaming content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of product management experience, specifically with CMS or related software products, ideally within the gaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms like Drupal or WordPress, understanding their core functionalities and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business needs into technical actions
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Agile development environments, familiar with methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

Responsibilities

  • Establish and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the CMS, aligning with the company's broader business goals
  • Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to guide product decisions and prioritize feature development
  • Work closely with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure the CMS meets their needs for efficient content handling
  • Liaise with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks, manage the product backlog, and oversee the engineering process from concept to release
  • Lead user testing and feedback initiatives to refine features, enhancing usability and performance of the CMS
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of changes and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, development, launch, and post-launch support
  • Act as the CMS product expert within the company, providing strategic insights and support to both internal stakeholders and external partners
