Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development for ELA products, from concept, launch and beyond
- Maintain curriculum catalog in CMS including corrections, updates and improvements
- May train and manage contractor(s) to assist in ingestion and maintenance of catalog
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics that align with the companyβs strategic objectives
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather feedback from users and internal teams to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Work with Engineering and Design teams to build, test, and ship new products prioritizing features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- Define detailed product specifications and requirements, oversee development, write user stories, and perform user acceptance testing of all feature development
- Partner with other departments and external partners to successfully roll out new products, features and optimizations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities
- Communicate progress and challenges to all stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables
- Engage with the ELA community to understand the unique needs of educators and students and ensure these are reflected in our product offerings
- Monitor and measure product performance, using insights to make data-informed decisions on product iterations and enhancements
- Conduct customer site visits and interviews (Travel required)
