Coaching Associate

Summary

Join Valence's growing Client Solutions team as a Coaching & Webinar Delivery expert. You will deliver high-quality coaching sessions and webinars to European clients, building strong relationships and contributing to market expansion. This role involves managing team operations, tracking metrics, and creating training materials. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, coaching/training experience, fluency in English, and excellent presentation skills. Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast paced environments, startups preferred
• Fluency in English required
• High velocity execution skills with natural attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships virtually
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with a desire to exceed expectations
• Comfortable working independently across time zones
• Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment, and learn through feedback
• Clear motivations for wanting to join an early-stage team

Responsibilities

• Deliver 15-20 coaching sessions per week for European clients
• Lead Team Tools 101 webinars and AI Coach training sessions
• Provide follow-up support and resources to coaching participants
• Maintain high satisfaction scores and engagement rates
• Manage coaching team operations needs
• Track and monitor call, webinar, and training metrics
• Create and customize training materials for users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, training, or facilitation strongly preferred
• Additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
