Requirements

• You don’t just communicate - you connect. You’re experienced in internal management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships. Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
• You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with International teams
• Experience with project management tools like Coda.io, Basecamp, ActiveCollab, Jira, Trello, or HubSpot
• Skills in data management, analysis, and data wrangling
• Top-notch problem-solving abilities, with a knack for seeing the big picture and untangling complex, interconnected challenges
• Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
• Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)

Responsibilities

• BUILD internal automation systems using powerful no-code tools like Coda, ClickUp, Zapier, and HubSpot
• MANAGE data architecture, and governance, and oversee data projects for better organization-wide efficiency
• CHAMPION automation across teams, setting standards and best practices for smarter workflows
• ANALYZE processes to create automation solutions that boost productivity, conversion rates, and team performance
• PLAN and EXECUTE automation projects and campaigns, managing risk, impact, and ensuring smooth completion
• KEEP teams informed with status updates, project progress, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement
• EXPLORE and TEST new technologies to enhance team capabilities and elevate system performance
