Requirements
- 0-1 years of hands-on experience in a customer facing role, ideally at a rapidly growing SaaS company
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects from inception to completion
- Stellar communication and presentation skills; the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience
- Exposure to equity management, cap tables, 409A valuations, or stock-based compensation plans
Responsibilities
- Lead and Execute Technical Client Implementations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new customers, managing complex cap table migrations
- Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform
- Equity Administration
- Support clients in implementing, and administering equity plans (option pools, RSUs, ESPPs). Provide guidance on data integrity, vesting schedules, and compliance
- Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Design
- Investigate complex issues spanning data integrity, platform functionality, and integrations. Identify, triage, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Account Managers, Engineers, and Product Managers to scope requirements, deliver technical proofs of concept, and ensure accurate solution delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, ABV, ASA credential preferred
- Prior experience at a SaaS, fintech, or financial services company preferred
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, trends, and digital assets preferred
