Lead Product Manager

Summary

Join Pulley, a fast-growing company with over 3000 customers, as their Lead Product Manager. You will own and manage their core cap table management platform, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. This role requires 6+ years of experience as an equity or stock plan administrator and a strong understanding of user needs. You will gather and prioritize product requirements, act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, and manage the product lifecycle. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an equity or stock plan administrator
• Experience thinking from the perspective of users, and interest in defining and launching excellent products
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our core cap table management platform
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products to life
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction and business goals
• Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines
• Work closely with marketing to bring your new features to users

Preferred Qualifications

Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is a plus
