CoE Coordinator

Summary

Join Eleks Centers of Excellence as a CoE Coordinator, based in Lviv or remotely in Ukraine. You will coordinate training plans, partner with stakeholders, manage training records and resources, and process employee training requests. The role requires experience in project coordination, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, IT knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. Requirements

• 1 year+ experience in coordinating projects or programs
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Education/HR management or relevant
• Knowledge of IT sphere specifics
• Knowledge of organization and logistics processes
• Good time management skills
• Networking and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CoE training plans, monitoring the progress of development training programs (outsourced or in-house)
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cooperate with subject matter experts regarding knowledge sharing sessions
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Maintain external\internal education events organization
• Assisting with the logistics of the classroom, virtual classroom, e-Learning courses and programs
• Process employees' training requests relevant to the area of responsibility
• Business cooperation with University
• Maintain knowledge base of training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
• Maintain and administer corporate training resources (Learning management system, Library, etc.)
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials
